08 05.09.2011 The petitioner, by this writ petition, challenges his

preventive detention order issued under the provisions of the Bihar

Control of Crimes Act, 1981 which detention order authorized the

detention of the petitioner in preventive custody up to 07 th

September, 2011, i.e., up to Wednesday.

In view of the aforesaid fact, as the said detention order

would loose its force after 07th September, 2011, we are not

inclined to interfere in this matter.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
