reminder to Fast Track Court No. III, Patna, only photo stat copy of
the supplementary case diary has been received from the ASI Parsa
Bazar police station but main case diary has not been received as
yet.
Let a show cause notice be issued to the court of Fast
Track Court No. III, Patna as to why stern action be not taken
against him with direction to him to submit the main case diary of
Fulwari Sharif (Parsa Bazar) P.S. Case no. 693/2005 corresponding
to Sessions trial no. 1697/2010 to this court positively within ten
days from today.
Let this order be communicated to the Fast Track Court
No. III, Patna in Fulwari Sharif (Parsa Bazar) P.S. Case no.
693/2005 corresponding to Sessions trial no. 1697/2010 through
FAX at the cost of the State.
