court of Fast Track Court No. III, Patna only report in respect to

Stage of Sessions Trial no. 1697/2010 arising out of Fulwari Sharif

(Parsa Bazar) P.S. Case no. 693/2005 has been received in this

court but case diary of the above stated case has not been sent by

the concerned court.

Let again reminder be issued to the Fast Track Court No.

III, Patna for sending above stated case diary of Fulwari Sharif

(Parsa Bazar) P.S. case no. 693/2005 corresponding to Sessions

Trial no. 1697/2010 to this court within one week from the date of

receipt of this order.

Let this matter be listed after receipt of the case diary

under the heading for admission.
