Mr. Agrawal, learned counsel for respondent Executive

Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur (respondent

No. 3) submits that copy of the interlocutory application has been

served on him in recent past and as such he may be granted

opportunity to file reply thereto.

Post this matter after three weeks retaining its position.

Time, in the meanwhile, shall be utilized by the respondents to file

reply to the interlocutory application.
