05. 07.09.2010 While assailing the order taking cognizance, learned

counsel for the petitioner makes diverse submissions. He,

however, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this

application in order to raise all those issues at the relevant stage

of the proceeding.

The application, as prayed, is permitted to be

withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
