Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.

List immediately after service.

Steps be taken within seven days by means of registered post.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases/versions.
In the case against the petitioner they already appeared before the Court
below and have obtained bail. But in the case in which they have lodged
F.I.R. is still being investigated.

In view of the above, let counter affidavit be filed specifically indicating
therein the status of the investigation.
