This is a second bail application. The first bail application was rejected for
want of prosecution.

Now, since I am sitting in a different Bench dealing with the contempt
applications and the present matter pertains to the Bench having jurisdiction
of major Bail Applications, it is released from my Bench and be placed before
the the appropriate Bench in the week commencing 23.8.2010.

This matter may not be treated as part heard or tied up with this Bench.
