Issue notice to opposite party no.2 by both processes that is

under ordinary process as well as under registered cover with A/d for

which requisites etc. must be filed within one week from today, failing

which the application shall stand dismissed without further reference

to the Bench against him.

List this matter after service of notice or appearance of

opposite party no.2 whichever is earlier.

In the meantime, further proceedings of Complaint Case no.

2969/2006 pending in the court of Sri K.R. Singh, Judicial Magistrate,

Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur or his successor shall remain stayed till

further order of this court.
