2 06.09.2011 Issue notice to O.P. no.2 for which requisites under

ordinary process as well as under registered post with A/D must

be filed within a fortnight, failing which the application shall stand

rejected without further reference to a Bench.

Further proceeding in complaint case No.963( C ) of

2010 pending in the court Shri B. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist

Class, Madhubani, against the petitioner will remain stayed till

appearance of O.P. no.2.
