the State.

Learned A.G.A. prays for and is allowed two weeks’ time to file
counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a
week, thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in Case No. 740/2010
relating to Crime No. 377/2009, under sections 376, 328, 341, 312,
506, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Ashiyana, District Lucknow, pending in
the Court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow, shall remain
stayed.
