The petitioners who have passed the Senior Secondary School
Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, conducted by National
Open School, New Delhi, have prayed for admission in the Diploma in
Pharmacy and for quashing of Orders Annexures P-6 and P-7 vide which
they were held to be ineligible to take admission in the Diploma in
Pharmacy.
Similar controversy came up for consideration in CWP
No.11427 of 2008 and this Court has held that the students who have passed
their Senior Secondary School Examination with Physics, Chemistry and
Biology, conducted by National Open School, New Delhi, would not be

eligible for admission in the D-pharma Course.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed in the
same terms as CWP No.11427 of 2008, decided on 07-07-2008.
