Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. The alleged offences are under sections 27(i)(e), I, II and

IV of the Kerala Forest Act. According to prosecution, petitioner

(A4) along with seven others trespassed into the reserved forest

and tried to remove the river sand and when the forest officials

intercepted, they assaulted the forest officials.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner

is a juvenile . Learned Public Prosecutor conceded this fact and

submitted that he has no objection in granting anticipatory bail to

the petitioner on conditions.

4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that anticipatory

bail can be granted to petitioner. Hence, the following order is

passed:-

(1) Petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating

Officer within seven days from today and make

himself available for interrogation and in the

event of his arrest, he shall be released on bail,

on his executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- with two

the satisfaction of the arresting officer, on the

following conditions:-

i) Petitioner shall make himself available

for interrogation by the Investigating

Officer as and when directed and co-

operate with the investigation.

ii) Petitioner shall not commit any offence

while on bail.

This petition is allowed.
