Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in
violation of order dated 10th of May, 2002 passed by this
Court in writ petition no. 1455(M/S) of 2002, the opposite
parties have issued auction notice of the land in dispute,
which is fixed on 13th of July, 2010. Therefore I hereby
request to learned Additional Chief Standing counsel to call
upon the opposite parties to appear before this court on 13th
of July, 2010 and to show cause.
