Heard learned counsel for the workman respondent/ applicant
in review petition and learned standing counsel for petitioner/
opposite party in the review petition.
Learned counsel for the workman states that the amount of
Rs.50,000/- directed to be paid through my judgment and
order dated 21.05.2007 (which is sought to be reviewed) has
been received by the workman respondent. I do not see any
reason to review my judgment and order dated 21.05.2007
totally and dismiss the writ petition. However, under the facts
and circumstances of the case, I direct that petitioner shall pay
an additional amount of Rs.10,000/- to the workman
respondent. Aforesaid amount shall be paid within two
months failing which 1.5% per month interest shall be payable
since after two months till actual payment.
With the above modification, review petition is disposed of.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order free of cost to
Sri S.P. Mishra, learned standing counsel within three days.
