                        J U D G M E N T

The learned Government Pleader on instructions and

the officer who is present today inform the Court that the

case has been disposed of and the officer had expressed his

difficulty because of his inexperience in the post.

Since the matter is already disposed of and as there

is no deliberate attempt to affect the dignity of the

institution, no further action is necessary and therefore the

contempt petition is closed. The officer is also directed to

issue a copy of the order to the parties as early as possible.
