This writ application is disposed of with a

direction upon the Director Secondary Education, Government of

Bihar i.e. respondent no.1 to take cognizance of the application of

the petitioner dated 7.2.2009 annexed as annexure-3 and

communicate the outcome of the said decision to the petitioner

preferably within a period of four months from the date of

production or communication of the copy of the said order.
