days in preferring the appeal, it was submitted by learned counsel
Ms.Sushma Shah that the applicant does not press this application or
the appeal in which it is made, with a view to preferring an
application for review, if so advised. Permission being granted, the
application is disposed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant
to prefer such application as she may be advised to file, without
expressing any opinion on maintainability or advisability of such
proceeding.
