      This is in continuation of this Commission's proceedings dated 15.12.2010 in File
No.00095. The appellant has filed a non-compliance complaint. Hence, this hearing.

2.     As scheduled, the matter is called for hearing today dated 31.10.2011. Appellant
present. The office of DEO is represented by Ms. Sujata Gupta, Defence Estates officer,
Delhi. The Army is represented by Col. Vivek Bakshi. The parties are heard and the
records perused.

2.     At the threshold, we may mention that Ms. Gupta and Col. Bakshi have already
given inspection of the relevant records to the appellant. He, however, specifically
wishes categorical answers to his following two queries :-

   (i)    whether Kothi No. 21 materially exists in Survey No.13; and

   (ii)   whether the property covered under Survey No. 13 is under the control of
          Ministry of Home Affairs, as of now.

3.     Ms. Gupta submits that she will check up the records and send categorical
information to the appellant in 02 weeks time.

4.   This disposes of both the files cited above. The matter is finally closed at the
Commission's end.
