Facts
:
1. The appellant was heard on 20/8/2008.
2. The appellant has grievances relating to settlement of his VRS dues.
During the hearing, he stated that his past services were not counted while his
VRS dues were calculated. In this backdrop, he has asked for certain
information in the form of queries, which have been duly replied. The appellant
is, however, not satisfied.
3. During the hearing he pleaded for inspection of the entire records and files
relating to settlement of his VRS dues.
Decision:
4. The appellant’s plea for inspection of VRS file including the calculation
sheets is accepted. The CPIO is directed to allow inspection of the relevant
documents, so as to enable the appellant to specify the information, which should

be furnished to him as per the provisions of the Act, within 15 working days from
the date of issue of this decision.
5. The appeal is thus disposed of.
