Facts

:

1. The appellant was heard on 20/11/2008.

2. The appellant has grievances relating to settlement of retirement benefits.
In this context, he has sought to know the reasons for non-payment of claims
made by him.

3. The CPIO and the Appellate Authority have replied and informed him that
the claims of retirement benefits made by the appellant are not admissible to him.

4. During the hearing, the appellant pleaded for providing a copy of note
sheet containing the ground for denial of claims made by him. He also pleaded
for inspection of relevant records and files in the matter of processing of his
representation for payment of retirement benefits.

Decision:

5. The appellant’s plea for inspection of relevant documents relating to the
decision making process regarding the settlement of his dues is accepted. The
CPIO is directed to allow him inspection of the relevant records.

6. Both the parties should mutually decide a convenient date and time for
inspection of records within 15 working days from the date of issue of this
decision.

7. The appeal is thus disposed of.
