Facts

:

1. Both the parties were heard on 11/8/2008.

2. The complainant has sought for certain information, through different RTI
applications, relating to a school under the control of the respondent. The PIO
stated that she has replied to all the applications and furnished the information on
the basis of the details obtained by the concerned school. She said that there is
no denial of information.

3. The complainant alleged that the respondent has not taken certain
punitive action against the school, as ordered by an authority of the respondent.
He, therefore, pleaded for providing action taken by the respondent in respect of
the direction passed by the said authority.

Decision i :

4. As there is no denial of information, the PIO is directed to allow inspection
of the relevant records, so as to enable the complainant to identify and specify
the information, which should be furnished as per the provisions of the Act.

5. Both the parties should mutually decide a convenient date and time for
inspection of the relevant records within 15 working days from the date of issue
of this decision.

6. The appellant is advised to approach the competent authority for redressal
of his grievances, after obtaining the relevant information, as there are no
provisions under the Act, to redress the grievances relating to service matters.

7. The complaint is thus disposed of.
