In
view of the subsequent development and rejection of the application
submitted by the petitioners for regularisation vide order dated
15/01/2011, Shri Premal Rachh, learned advocate appearing on behalf
of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition
as the petitioners propose to challenge the said order before
appropriate forum. Without expressing any opinion on merits with
respect to the same, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the
petitioners is permitted to withdraw the present petition. The
present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
