the office of the opposite party on 24.5.2010. Despite the same neither any
affidavit has been filed nor any counsel has put in appearance on his behalf.
Further learned counsel for the applicant states that he has not received any
response to the notice.

Let bailable warrant be issued to the opposite party fixing 28.7.2010.
