Learned counsel for the respondents Sri R.N. Yadav states that the petitioner
has obtained an interim order on 9.11.2007 and learned counsel for the
petitioner is repeatedly sending illness slip although stay vacation application
of the respondents is pending since 15.12.2009.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances since counsel for the petitioner is ill
the matter is passed over however it is provided that the interim order shall
remain operative only till the next date of listing.

As prayed let the matter be listed in the next cause list.
