Shri Mohan Dharia, learned counsel appearing
for respondent no.2 Secretary, Basic Shiksha
Parishad, Allahabad states that as the matter
pertains to Badaun hence counter affidavit may
be prepared and filed only when some
officer/official from the office of B.S.A., Badaun
instructs him. Learned counsel further states
that an official of the office of B.S.A., Badaun is
on his way and will be reaching to Allahabad
today for preparation of counter affidavit.
Accordingly, one week and no more further time
is granted to file counter affidavit.
List peremptorily in top ten cases on 17.8.2010.
