K.M.JOSEPH,J
The petitioner has approached this Court complaining of
harassment by the police officers by interfering in civil disputes.
It is stated that a civil dispute is pending and an order to
maintain status quo has been passed by this Court. But the 2nd
respondent is attempting to dispossess the petitioner and put the
3rd respondent in possession of the property.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,
would submit that the police will not interfere in the matter in
question or harass the petitioner.
3. We record the same and close the writ petition.
