                         J U D G M E N T

Balakrishnan Nair, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police

protection to his life in the background of the alleged threat to

him from the part of respondents 3 to 8. The learned counsel for

the petitioner submitted that after the receipt of notice from this

Court, by the said respondents, there is no threat from their part.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. If

any cause of action arises in future, the petitioner will be free to

approach this Court again.
