In view of the stand taken by the Director, Panchayati Raj

and the Collector, Siwan that petitioners do not come within the 531

Dalpaties recommended by the Staff Selection Commission for

appointment as Panchayat Sewak, it is deemed expedient that both of

them should appear in this Court on 06.12.2010 at 4.00 P.M since

petitioners have categorically stated, with reference to Annexure-3,

the recommendation of the Staff Selection Commission that they are

within 23 which is part of 531 recommend by the Staff Selection

Commission for appointment as Panchayat Sewak in the district of

Siwan.
