and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case

instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148,

149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal

Code.

Considering that the petitioner was

refused bail earlier by an order dated 26.7.2010

vide Cr.Misc. No. 19806 of 2010 on merits, I am

not inclined to interfere in my earlier order.

The application is once again rejected.
