J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is an 8th Semester B.Tech student of
M.E.A.Engineering College, Perinthalmanna. He had appeared for his
5th Semester examinations in June, 2009. He has applied for
revaluation of three papers, viz, Electro Magnetic Theory, Electronic
Instrumentation and Micro Processors and Micro Controllers, vide
Exhibit P1. Exhibit P2 is the receipt regarding payment of the
prescribed fee. Seeking for a revaluation within a time frame, this
Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the University.
There will be a direction to the University to process the application for
revaluation of the petitioner and communicate the results within a
period of eight weeks from today, if the application and the payment
are in order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
