Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel
and Sri S.K.Mishra, Advocate for respondents.
Only prayer made by petitioner that he has moved an application on
20.10.2009 before respondent no. 2 for consideration of his claim for
extending the benefit of Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief
Scheme-2008.
Consequently, in the fact of the present case respondent no. 2 is
directed to consider the request made by the petitioner on 20.10.2009 in
accordance with law preferably within next two months from the date of
presentation of certified copy of this order. Whatever decision so taken
on the same, copy of the same be communicated to the petitioner.
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
