A notice was issued by this Court on Shri Dinesh Kumar Shukla to explain his
conduct as to why he has sent illness slip in spite of the fact that he was
present in the Court campus.
Statement given by the petitioner has been denied by Shri Dinesh Kumar
Shukla. However, petitioner’s counsel reiterated that Shri Dinesh Kumar
Shukla was very well present in the court campus. Such action on the part of
respondents counsel seems to be professional misconduct.
Shri D.K.Shukla is warned to be cautious in future. Subject, to aforesaid
word of caution, notice issued to Shri Dinesh Kumar Shukla is discharged.
Case shall be listed before appropriate Bench. List on 5.8.2010. Till the next
date of listing, interim order shall continue.
