3rd paragraph of the order, in place of respondent no. 6, respondent no.7 be
noted.

Application is allowed. Let the correction be made accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for extention of the stay order
granted earlier.

List the matter for hearing in the first week of August, 2010.

Steps be taken by tomorrow and if steps taken, issue notice. Till the next date
of listing stay order shall remain in force.
