1. By
way of this petition petitioner prayed for appropriate direction to
the Respondent to forthwith continue the petitioner his service as
Senior Clerk in respondent no.1 School.

2. Looking
to the facts of the case, the appropriate remedy is only by way of
pursuing an application before the Gujarat Higher Secondary School
Services Tribunal. In that view of matter, this
petition cannot be entertained and is accordingly rejected.
