The
petitioner will supply a copy of the entire compilation of the
petition to the learned AGP.

The
learned AGP will take instructions about the availability of Joint
Charity Commissioner / Assistant Charity Commissioner in the office
of Charity Commissioner at Surat and the reasons which have delayed
the hearing of the matters pending in the Commissioner’s office at
Surat, including the Revision Application No.30/3 of 2011 and allied
matters. The learned AGP will get instructions on or before
21.4.2011.
