for the applicant.

Official Liquidator shall file his report on or before the said date.
Needless to state that pendency of this application shall not come
in the way of the Official Liquidator in executing the sale deed in
favour of the applicant in relation to the land in respect of which
the sale has been confirmed in favour of the applicant. It would
also be open to the Official Liquidator to supply the documents of
title in respect of the subject lands.
