J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a student of Post Basic Nursing Course. It is
stated that for the first and second semester examinations, she
failed in one paper each. Revaluation was sought for and the results
are awaited. At this stage, it is stated that the 3rd semester
examination is to commence and the petitioner wants a direction
from this Court to enable her to appear for the examination.
2. The learned standing counsel for the University has
pointed out the judgment of this Court in WP(C) No.9543/2008,
dated 27/03/2008, dealing with identical situation and declining
the prayer made. It is pointed out that this judgment has been
confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in writ appeal.
Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this case
also.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
