05/ 28.09.2010 Petitioner earlier moved Cr. Misc. No. 19596 of
2009 along with one Tilo Yadav through Sri Shekhar
Kumar Singh, Advocate suppressing the fact that he had
already filed Cr. Misc. No. 36369 of 2008 along with
Arvind Yadav and Tilo Yadav, which was disposed of
under orders dated 22.10.2008. Having noticed the
aforesaid suppression under orders dated 7.9.2010, the
matter has been referred to this Court.
Having considered the matter, I request the
counsel for the petitioner Sri Diwakar Prasad Singh to
request Sri Shekhar Kumar Singh, Advocate to appear
along with him in the instant case on the next occasion.
As prayed for, put up on Wednesday next i.e.
6.10.2010 maintaining its position as per the date of filing.
