ORAL ORDER

The respondent
Corporation by letter dated 8th September, 2008 informed
the original petitioner that if the petitioner withdraws the
petition, his application will be considered. In pursuance of the
same at the request of the petitioner, the learned advocate moved
note dated 22nd September, 2008 for withdrawal of the
matter. Accordingly the petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Rule
is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. Direct Service
is permitted.
