Earlier petitioner had filed writ petition No. 8887 of 2010, Shankar Singh Vs.
State of U.P. and other and therein it was prayed that this could be pleased to
direct regarding arrest of accused person and make investigation in fair
manner and to transfer the investigation, but the said writ petition was
dismissed vide order dated 25.05.2010 by this Court. This writ petition is filed
in continuation of the aforesaid writ petition with change of prayer and in
pith and substance is one and the same.

Consequently filing present writ petition is nothing but misuser of judicial
proceeding.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
