as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is

languishing in jail custody since 19.10.2010 and admittedly,

nothing has been delivered to the petitioner, let the

petitioner, namely, Shatrudhan Ram @ Badur be released

on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2010 to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
