2 14.06.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

registered for offences punishable under sections 147, 148,

149, 323, 324, 448, 504,379 and 307 of the Indian Penal

Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

general and omnibus allegation of assault has been made

upon all the accused persons. There is case and counter case

and the petitioners are ladies and there is no specific

allegation against them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

the case, let the petitioners, Shayama Devi and Sulekha Devi

alias Sulekha Kumari, in the event of arrest or surrender by

them within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with

Madhepura Police Station Case No. 51/10, subject to the

conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure.
