                          JUDGMENT

Ext.P2 is an application made by the petitioner for

replacement of his existing vehicle bearing registration No.KL-

35/3802 with a later model vehicle bearing registration

No.KL-38/9155. Orders have not been passed on Ext.P2 and

hence the writ petition.

If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P2 has been received

and is pending, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same

and pass orders thereon as expeditiously as possible and at

any rate within 8 weeks from the date of production of a copy

of the judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
