                                J U D G M E N T

A direction to issue the permit as ordered in Exts. P2 and P3 is what

is sought for in this writ petition.

2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submit that

following Ext.P3, RTA considered the matter on 7/2/2008 and despite

directions requiring the petitioner to produce the current records,

petitioner has not produced the same.

In view of the above submission, writ petition is dismissed.
