Considering the fact that the petitioner

was directed to pay a sum of Rs. 350/- in the year

1990 which got enhanced up to Rs. 1500/- with

effect from 26th February, 2008, this Court does

not find any error in the order fixing the amount

of Rs. 1500/- in exercise of power under section

127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the

court below.

There is no merit in this application

which is accordingly dismissed.
