We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Impleadment application is allowed.

Let Punjab National Bank, Branch Pandu Nagar, through its Branch Manager
be impleaded as respondent no.7. The petitioner shall carry out necessary
impleadment during the course of day. Sri D. Vaish who accepted notice on
behalf of the newly impleaded respondent no.7 shall file counter affidavit
within three weeks. Copy of the writ petition has already been served upon
Sri D. Vaish.
