02/ 30.11.2010 Issue notice to the respondent no. 8 for hearing and

final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal, to be made returnable

on 11th January 2011. Notice will be served through court

process. Requisites will be filed within one week from today,

failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed.

Pending the appeal by way of ad interim relief, it

is directed that the parties to the writ petition will maintain

status-quo.
