/2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the
State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in paragraph 80
of the case diary, the I.O. has inter alia observed that the deceased
misbehaved with daughter in law of co accused- Nageshwar Sao and
that doctor has found that injuries were insufficient to cause death
and that viscera report has not been received as yet and that
petitioners are in jail for for about 10 months
In the circumstances, petitioners above named, are directed to
be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten
thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of District & Sessions Judge, Palamau at Daltonganj, in
connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010, G.R. No. 952 of
2010, S.T. No. 31/11, on the conditions that one of the bailers will be
their close relative and other should have landed property within the
jurisdiction of the court.
