This appellant along with Arbind

Yadav @ Binod Yadav and Bijendra Yadav @

Lambu were apprehended by the investigating

team at Kudra Railway Station where they had

come to collect the ransom amount and on

their confessional statement the victim was

finally recovered from the Boaring House of

Satyendra Rai.

Considering the evidence, prayer for

bail on behalf of the appellant is rejected.
