extension of time granted vide order dated 27.9.2010

for compliance of order dated 13.9.2010.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties raises

no objection.

In view of the statement made in paragraph nos.

2 to 6 of the aforesaid interlocutory application, the time

granted vide order dated 27.9.2010 is further extended by

two weeks from today. It is further made clear that

order dated 13.9.2010 is not complied with within the

extended time, this appeal shall stand dismissed without

further reference to a Bench.
